Large Custom Signposts

$125.00

Have a personalized signpost for your front door, entry or store!

Handmade and made to order. These posts are the most similar to the signposts of The Sea Ranch. Made of redwood post and cut to approximately* 20 × 3 × 3, I sand and then prime them with an exterior grade primer and paint, repeat, and repeat again. Painted and stenciled with latex and varnished with multiple coats of outdoor sealant Polyurethane**. You choose what text you want on the front of the post.

You can also customize a second side of your post.
Each additional side is $20.00 (be sure to add that to the cart.)

Just like the real posts, each of these signposts are unique. Wood grain and both natural and hand honed marks give each their own organic and individual quality.

*Most of the posts are 22 × 3.25 × 3.25, some are 24 x 3.5 x 3.5 - depending on the wood and my cutting skills!

**Sealed bright white paint can yellow over time, I suggest a VERY light sanding (220 grit) every 3 years, followed by a new coat of water-based Poly. NOT oil based, as they definitely yellow.
